How It Works
Businesses post project ideas as "sprints" — short, focused prototyping challenges. Student developers sign up to build proof-of-concepts. At the end of the sprint, businesses review the prototypes and can choose to hire developers for continued work.

Trust & Safety
Payments are held in escrow until sprint completion and approval. Both parties are protected with clear contracts, trial periods, and a support team available for mediation.
