• How does payment work?

  When a business launches a sprint, funds are held securely. Developers are only paid once the business marks the sprint as complete. Payments are processed through Stripe.

• What happens if a deliverable is flagged for review?

  Our team will review the submission with both parties. No charge is made until the dispute is resolved. If the work is adjusted and accepted, the sprint proceeds as normal.

• Can I get a refund?

  If a prototype doesn't meet the agreed-upon minimum requirements, businesses can request a full refund within 7 days of sprint completion.

• Is my data secure?

  Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, sessions are signed, and card details are handled entirely by Stripe. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.

• How do I delete my account?

  Email support@jrdev.io from the email associated with your account and we'll process your request.
